New Haven Shooting Victim Needs Help

Henry was shot on his way home from work back in February of this year. He has been fighting for his life ever since and it's increasingly looking like he's going to make it! He's most recently been in a rehab facility and they want to release him.....either to his own home or to a nursing home for an indefinite period of time.
