- Place: 428 Columbus Avenue, New Haven

- Time: 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Who should attend? Anyone needing help enrolling for quality health care coverage.
- Cost: This service is free; there is absolutely no cost to those seeking help.
- Importance of Timing: It takes weeks for coverage to become effective. If you miss the April 1, 2014 coverage deadline, you will not get coverage until Jan. 1, 2015

Arrive Early: 10:00am to 3:00pm to go the Hill Health Center and get help to sign up for health coverage from the ACA.
THIS ASSISTANCE WILL BE FREE TO ALL WHO ATTEND. Get the HELP You Need.
- The signing up and selection process can be confusing.
- ACA Assisters will be available to help you complete the online application for coverage.
- The choice of plan/s you select will be yours only.
- The Assisters can help you to understand some of the terms that come up when making a choice about health care coverage needs.
- Assisters can explain deductibles, co-pays vs. coinsurance, and even restrictions.
- Be sure to take accurate information about the number of people in your household that need coverage.
- Write down their accurate date of birth, legal names and all relevant information. Having all the information needed will help to speed up the registration process.
