TEAM, Inc., a non-profit social service agency serving the lower Naugatuck Valley has the following opportunities:
Family Resource Center Manager: Proven professional sought to implement Family Resource Center initiatives in the lower Naugatuck Valley. Responsibilities include: space fit-up, promoting collaborations with local public schools, facilitating playgroups, coordinating parent workshops. Position is approximately twenty (20) to twenty-seven (27) hours per week. Candidate must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field and 3+ years relevant experience. Must be willing to work a flexible schedule.
EARLY HEAD START HOME VISITORS: Full-time, 35 hour/week positions available in a new Early Head Start/Home-Based program designed to provide high-quality child and family development services to low-income pregnant women and families with infants and toddlers through age 3 years. Responsibilities will include overseeing a caseload of 10-12 families; implementing curriculum; recruitment and intake assessments; facilitating group socialization activities; ongoing screenings and assessments. Requirements include an Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Social Services or a related field (Bachelors degree preferred) with 2+ years relevant experience.
