Candidate Sought for Temporary Management Assignment - Direct Service and Analysis
STRATEGIST – COMMUNITY PROGRAMS
TEAM Inc. seeks candidates for a full-time, 3-6 month temporary position to analyze current community programs for effectiveness, efficiency and performance while also maintaining service delivery to clients. Responsibilities include: staff supervision and maintaining relationships with funders and community partners; analysis of current service delivery methods and programs and implementation of consistent systems/approaches across programs in the areas of client intake, assessment, case management and customer service; and overseeing program data collection and managing reporting requirements.
Candidates should possess a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Human Services or a related field and 5+ years of relevant work experience. Interested candidates should send a resume to: swestine @teaminc (TEAM, Inc., Attn: H.R. Dept. 30 Elizabeth St., Derby, CT 06418).
