Aspects of the American legal system continue to baffle me and many others. We fully understand that all defendants need good legal representation. That is an integral part of our democracy. What puzzles some of us are the lengths to which some attorneys will go to defend and put back on the streets people they know are extremely destructive forces within our communities. It would appear on the surface of this report in the NHI, that Hamden cop, Dedric Jones, a member of the federal-local drug task force that carried out the operation, now titled:
“Bloodline” Cop Wiretapped Sister’s Boyfriends
should be commended for his objectivity in not allowing his family connections to prevent him from doing his duty as a law enforcement officer. Rather, it seems he is being pilloried by well-paid legal guns. What a world! Please read the article linked below.
