Community, Nonprofits and Businesses sharing Information
Hi There,
I am a development professional who is used to using databases in large educational instituations. I am also a volunteer board member for Artspace, a non-profit with about 2500 consitituents and a $500K budget. I'm wondering if any of you could tell me more about what databases you use to manage constituents (including volunteers, event attendees, sponsors, donors, etc.).
Some people have suggested using salesforce.com and I'm not familiar enough with it to recommend it or not. Does anyone have experience with it?
Thanks for any help you might be able to provide!

Hi Julie,
I suggest you look at and join www.techsoup.org. A search by key words: constituent database yields: 57 articles, 26 webinars, 9 possible donation products and 63 other resources. I hope this helps you. Regards to Helen.
