Event Description

A brown bag lunch panel discussion geared towards those in the Greater New Haven Community interested in crowdsourcing to raise awareness to local issues, (as well as funds) with a creative and community minded approach.

From the widely known Kickstarter engine, to others such as Indiegogo and Go Fund Me - a panel of "Greater New Haven-ites" with community platforms ranging from the street to the stage will share insight and experiences.  We will cover topics like media format, message, identifying community need, promoting the platform and more. The event will also allow for audience feedback and questions.

Panelists include Ben Berkowitz (Inside Out & ClickSeeFund), Jen Vickery (108 Monkeys & Elm City Flow), Bert Bernardi (Pantochino Productions) and will be moderated by New Haven-based Writer, actor and tech media socialite Christian Shaboo
