Looking for something healthy to do before the big game?  Please come out and support refugees at IRIS's 5th Annual Run for Refugees 5K on Super Bowl Sunday, February 5th. 

The weather will be perfect, we promise :)

It's a great chance for a run, walk, or stroll through beautiful East Rock Park, in support of refugees and IRIS.  A warm, indoor post-race party with international food and live music will follow- lots of fun for the whole family!

EPA Awards GRID Alternatives Solar for All Grant

LISC partner GRID Alternatives has been awarded a $249,800,000 Solar for All grant from the EPA to advance renewable and clean energy sources for affordable housing communities across the country. “The grant is an incredible boon to the movement to decarbonize homes and lower energy costs that burden millions of everyday Americans,” said Michael T. Pugh, president and CEO of LISC.
