Hone your verbal de-escalating skills to assist clients in a mental health crisis, and earn 1 CEU. Leanne Parent, LCSW and Melissa Ortiz, LPC will present the concepts of Handle with Care, Emotional First Aid, and Crisis Co-regulation.
