Event Description
Learn the art of self-care through aromatherapy with Continuum’s Health & Wellness Director Jane Campo, RN, BSN, and her team. Essential oils can have calming or uplifting effects, and are a practical, natural solution to boost your well-being. In this fun and interactive presentation, attendees will make their own Lavender and Peppermint scent to take home.
