A prime example of our work is the Great Hill Cottage Community, a two-phase development project in Guilford that showcases our dedication to sustainability and eco-friendly living.

These panels, made of two sheets of OSB (Oriented Strand Board) enveloping a slab of styrofoam, are manufactured off-site and then assembled on-site, providing a nearly airtight insulation. Unlike traditional building methods, SIPs ensure top-tier energy efficiency, aligning perfectly with our ethos of environmental stewardship.
