From the Start: Celebrating Foster Care Month and ‘r kids Family Center

A successful foster child is always the lengthened shadow of caring women and men. In New Haven, one of those individuals who cast a long shadow is Randi Ruben Rodriguez, executive director of ‘r kids Family Center. She and her supportive staff have been promoting permanency, safety and stability for vulnerable children and their families for over 20 years.  The group works with families who have entered the Department of Children and Families (DCF) system.
