Amy K Coplen is a graduate student at the Yale School of Forestry and Environmental Studies. Her interest in urban agriculture and love for oral history inspired her to collect these stories from New Haven’s community gardeners. This project is a collaboration with the Land Trust Alliance and the New Haven Land Trust. Amy is also interested in the stories of young farmers and artists/guerrilla gardeners.
