A research study on the genetics of dyslexia called the Genes, Reading and Dyslexia (GRaD) Study. The goal of our study is to develop a pre-symptomatic screen for identifying children at risk for dyslexia. The GRaD is the first large scale study specifically focusing on African American and Hispanic American children ages 10-15. We are recruiting struggling readers as well as fluent readers (children who read at grade level or above grade level).
