Advancing the Goals of Non-Profit Organizations Founded by Susan Clemow in 1991, Clemow Consulting Group, LLP is a Connecticut-based firm offering a broad range of development, strategic planning, governance and executive coaching services to non-profit organizations. We have helped hundreds of Connecticut and New England non-profits to meet or exceed their fundraising goals and to build their organizations’ capacity. Mission Statement Our mission is to help non-profit organizations function more effectively and to enhance their financial security through solid organizational planning and the development of effective fundraising programs Our goal, both short and long-term, is the success of your non-profit. Clemow Consulting Group (CCG) welcomes the opportunity to work with you and your organization on any challenge facing you today. CCG will help you successfully complete a single project, or assist you in resolving broad organizational issues. “Our clients come first,” says Managing Partner Susan Clemow. “CCG offers full-service organizational enhancement to our clients, and brings the best resources of our firm to fit their needs and their budget.” “Our ability to assess an organization and its needs translates first into solid strategic plans, and then into successful board governance and fundraising programs. So much of helping an organization meet its goals is being able to work within its existing culture. When CCG works with a client, we like to move them to a higher level of effectiveness that they can maintain and enhance independently after our job is done”
