      Robert,

Welcome to GNH Community, glad to have you join us. Description Interest

The Faith Power Development Corporation (FPDC) is a faith-based 501(c) 3 organization, located in New Haven, Connecticut. The mission of FPDC is to provide social services and support to the inner city economically disadvantaged neighborhoods of New Haven. FPDC programs target adult ex-offenders and homeless in the Hill neighborhood of New Haven. The services and supports that FPDC provides are designed to assist a population that has historically been denied opportunities and excluded from the mainstream of society. The population of ex-offenders returning to New Haven desperately needs help reintegrating and acquiring the requisite skills that promote independence and sustainability in their personal and family lives. FPDC is built on the principle that people must have hope; implicit in hope is a tangible means out of desperate situations and environments.
