      The day Roger came back I told all of them but it didn't take notice. I will remind them again. I am on vacation so I won't be able to attend the meeting. I will also remember to post. Thanks for your comment.

    With the guidance of the recently published New Haven Early Childhood Plan, the New Haven Early Childhood Council works collaboratively with community-based organizations, early care providers, community leaders, NHPS, federal, state and local government, philanthropic organizations, health care providers and parents to ensure that every child in the City of New Haven has access to quality, affordable early care and education and arrives at kindergarten healthy, with the skills, knowledge, and support that prepare him or her to succeed.
