Description Interest
BHcare knows that employment is integral to an individual’s recovery from mental illness, addictions or other disabling conditions. BHcare ascribes to the Dartmouth Model of Individual Placement with Supports, which is an evidence-based practice. The goal is achieving productive employment in the community. Services can include but are not limited to situational assessments, job seeking skills training, on-the-job and job-related supports, vocational counseling, resume and interview preparation, and ADA Consultation.
