At Easter Seals Goodwill Industries! We have a great workforce that are trained in many vocational skills and are ready. If your business can use additional services we can help. We like to do various hand assembly projects, sort, collate, stuff/label/seal envelopes, custodial (light to moderate), small assembly in manufacturing, clerical, newspaper delivery, just to list a few. Some people do not like to do the same thing over and over again. Here at Easter Seals Goodwill Industries, repetition is our means of enjoyment in our work. At your location or we can pick-up? We at Easter Seals Goodwill Industries would like an opportunity to spend a few minutes to learn about your staffing needs. During these tough economic times it is especially hard on businesses to keep costs down while maintaining production and quality. Our unique program is a great value. We provide a team of workers with a Job Coach to work on short and long term projects. Our trained Coach is a great benefit to your company and is offered at no charge. They oversee the work crew at all times and serve an important role as the project supervisor. Our pricing is based on a piece or hourly rate, therefore the host company only pays for production. We also provide liability and worker’s compensation insurance for our workers, as well as transportation to and from your site at no cost to you. Our teams usually work from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Monday through Friday. The workers and Job Coach at this supported employment site remain employees of Easter Seals Goodwill Industries and are covered by ESGI’s Worker’s Compensation Insurance and Commercial General Liability Coverage. Since we work much like a temporary labor service, we are prepared to assist you with peak production or special projects. Here are some of the benefits provided: Piece rate pricing Job coach provided at no cost Quality and quantity standards met consistently Flexible schedule Liability and worker’s compensation protection Again there is a variety of work that our clients perform in the community including light assembly and packaging, collating and mailing, cleaning and garden and lawn work, folding and hanging, and recycling.
