Representatives from Connecticut’s four network affiliates will take part in a panel discussion on the best ways public relations professionals can work with television stations at the next program sponsored by the Southern Connecticut Chapter of the Public Relations Society of America.
Emma Asante, community projects director for WVIT-TV, Channel 30; George Colli, the New Haven-based reporter for WTIC-TV, Channel 61; Robert Goulston, the New Haven-based reporter for WFSB-TV, Channel 3; and Shannon Kane, assignment manager for WTNH-TV, Channel 8, are scheduled to take part in the discussion, which will take place from 12-1:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 30, in Room 303 of the Rocky Top Student Center on the York Hill Campus of Quinnipiac University, 305 Sherman Avenue, Hamden. Networking and registration starts at 11:30 a.m.
The fee for the program is $15 for members; $20 for non-members and $5 for students. No shows will be invoiced unless 24 hour notice is given. Lunch and refreshments will be provided. To register, please contact Paula Fowler at 203-582-8652 or paula.fowler@quinnipiac.edu.
