Event Description
Meet once a week for weight loss instruction, meal planning, behavior modification, exercise prescription for efficient fat loss, and motivation to succeed.
6 week session, Tuesdays 10/15-11/19.
6-7 pm
$99 for JCC members, $149 for nonmembers
Private counseling available by appointment.

Pugh, president and CEO of LISC.
