Event Description
The Groundwater Approach, hosted by The Community Foundation and presented by the Racial Equity Institute, is a three-hour introduction to racial equity. In this virtual presentation, organizers from the Racial Equity Institute will use stories and data to present a perspective that racism is fundamentally structural in nature. By examining characteristics of modern-day racial inequity, the presentation introduces participants to an analysis that many find immediately helpful and relevant. |

LISC partner GRID Alternatives has been awarded a $249,800,000 Solar for All grant from the EPA to advance renewable and clean energy sources for affordable housing communities across the country. “The grant is an incredible boon to the movement to decarbonize homes and lower energy costs that burden millions of everyday Americans,” said Michael T. Pugh, president and CEO of LISC.
