Event Description
Yale Swing, Blues, and Fusion present our Beginner Bootcamp! The Beginner Bootcamp is a complete introduction to Swing and Blues dancing.
Come learn the basics of partnered dance connection and movement! Four hours of instruction on Saturday and Sunday afternoon will start you off on the right foot. Our teachers will also introduce the type of music that Swing and Blues are danced to and some history about the musical forms to get you comfortable in the basics of intentional partner dancing.
No partner or previous experience required. Come as you are and leave as a dancer.
Wearing comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes is recommended.
LOCATIONS & TIME:
Saturday: 1:00pm-5:00pm, Harkness Memorial Hall (367 Cedar St.)
Sunday: 1:00pm-5:00pm, Slifka Center (80 Wall St.)
