Location: Sew Crafty, 87 Audubon Street, New Haven, CT
Join us for a week-long theater puppetry class for tweens and kids 8 and up. Theater artist Charles G. Baldwin uses drama exercises and narrative play to teach students how to design, build, and animate puppets in a series of classes designed to combine craft with storytelling. These immersive classes will develop vocal, movement, and team-building skills through the practice of puppetry. The Puppet Theater Project concludes with a Puppet Show on Friday for family and friends.
Suggested for tweens and kids 8+
