As we enter an unprecedented phase due to the circumstances of COVID-19, nonprofits are being stretched and challenged in ways they have never encountered. Most nonprofits, their executive directors and boards have never encountered anything like this and are just struggling to keep afloat — never mind planning for contingencies, fundraising or thinking about the future.
