New Haven Healthy Start’s mission is to eliminate infant mortality and racial health disparities in the City of New Haven. All are welcome at our Consortium/Community Action Network meetings.
Joining us for this meeting will be our federal project officer from the Maternal and Child Health Bureau, Division of Perinatal Health Systems, Washington, DC, who will be conducting a site visit and providing a federal update!
Also, we will have a presentation by our Consortium Chair about DCF’s integration of Trauma Informed Care into their work of supporting families
