The Public Relations Society of America (PRSA), Southern Connecticut Chapter, announces New York Times bestselling author, Emmy award winning journalist and media veteran,Diane Smith will present an insightful seminar available to all Public Relations or Communications professionals in Connecticut.
 
The techniques, tips and tricks of presenting your best self on camera, interview techniques and working with the press will all be discussed by Diane Smith. The seminar also includes an opportunity for hands-on practice behind the camera as well as a Q&A session.
 
Smith, president of Diane Smith Media, has been on the air in Connecticut for more than 25 years and has received numerous awards for her documentaries, more than six books and her service to broadcasting and the community. Her latest book Obsessed: America’s Food Addiction and My Own; written with MSNBC Morning Joe co-host Mika Brzezinski became an instant best seller.
 
Meet Diane Smith and join the PRSA, Southern Connecticut Chapter as we welcome her on April 27th, 2015. Ticket prices are $25.00 for members, $30.00 for non-members. PRSA will be accepting new members during this exciting event.
