Event Description

The Gateway Community College Foundation will hold its 22nd Annual Hall of Fame Induction & Reception on Thursday, October 17, 2019 at Gateway Community College in the Curran Community Center. The Hall of Fame remains the Foundation’s largest fundraising event.

 

The scholarship funds raised from this event will help students achieve their educational dream. The Hall of Fame event honors outstanding members of the corporate community, community leaders and Gateway alumni, and recognizes them for their commitment and dedication to Gateway’s educational mission.

The Foundation helps build a network of community support and promotes better public understanding of Gateway Community College as a significant regional resource and a means of providing and promoting educational opportunity and career advancement. Contact the Foundation to learn more about how you can make a donation and make a difference for our Gateway students.

LISC and Meta joined forces on a $5 million effort to build the capacity of 20 community organizations to fuel jobs, housing, health, and economic development in underinvested communities. The program is unique because it provides flexible funding that organizations can use to strengthen staffing and operations, expand community outreach capabilities, and develop fundraising strategies.
