Event Description
First-generation college-bound students are often at a disadvantage due to lack of resources and knowledge of the higher education process and structure. Southern Connecticut State University is hosting a series of information workshops designed to educate parents on preparing their children for higher education.

As a result, they have been able to stabilize their housing costs, upgrade their communities and remain in the places they love.
