Celebrate our beautiful park in New Haven along the harbor.
Nature crafts and games for children, face painting, magic show by Cyril the Sorcerer, karate and zumba demos by Shaolin Kempo Academy, and a tour of our new native plant garden built by Dan Barvir of NH Parks with Summer Youth Corps.
Local environmental groups, the Peabody will have a display, the Coast Guard will talk about water safety, and a few perennial plants will be available for sale. The New Haven Historical Society will also be there as well as representatives from Lighthouse Point Park, Fort Nathan Hale Park, Fort Wooster Park and Elm City Parks Conservancy.
