Event Description

Classes begin on Sunday, Oct. 18, 8-9 a.m. & Tuesday, Oct. 20, 6:30-7:30 p.m. Classes run Sunday and Tuesday each week this Fall season!

Meet us in the JCC Fitness Center for Boot Camp style group training sessions without added stress on joints. Great for all ages! Group rates apply. Four sessions for $65.

*Baby Boomer Fit Camp will also be featured in this year's Fall Weight Loss 8 Week Challenge, beginning Oct. 18-Dec.15!*
