What is the future of our workforce? How can businesses prepare?
This year's online event will feature a panel of experts on workforce development and talent strategies. Talent is a competitive advantage for economic development and the Greater New Haven Region has the assets and people to provide employers a skilled and diverse workforce. Undertaking strategies to solidify our talent advantages is critical for our future growth.
The pandemic and related economic downturn has brought new urgency to workforce development. The nature of work and the future job has changed. It will take a large-scale effort to retrain and up-skill the labor force for these new realities.
After the summit, (attendance is optional), we invite you to meet up for networking in small groups at one of our participating partner restaurants. There will be multiple locations, and attendance will be limited to 25 participants at each location.
