Join Fair Haven Community Health Care and Junta for the National Institutes of Health’s All of Us Journey, a traveling, hands-on exhibit that raises awareness about the All of Us Research Program. The event will take place from 12 noon-6pm, at Fair Haven Community Health Care’s 374 Grand Avenue location in New Haven and aims to build an understanding of precision medicine and family health.
The exhibit offers attendees hands on opportunities to learn about the importance of precision medicine and how it touches them personally. At the end of the exhibit, visitors will be given the opportunity to enroll in the study if they choose. Only emails or cell numbers are required to enroll; no social security numbers or address information is captured. Fair Haven Community Health Care will also be offering free blood pressure checks, crafts and giveaways. The event will be held rain or shine in the rear of Fair Haven Community Health Care’s 374 Grand Avenue site.
