Join us at the Woodbridge Town Library as we explore interesting ways to use the commonly known herbs oregano, thyme, basil, dill and cilantro. Herbs are often thriving before and after garden produce is available so learn to make the most of them! Get growing tips, preservation how-tos, as well as uncommon culinary and alternative uses. Farmers Caty Poole and Becca Toms will delve into how these often overlooked plants can be invaluable in your everyday life. Join us on April 25 from 6-8pm in the Woodbridge Town Library's meeting Room. Visit the Library desk to register or go online at www.woodbridgetownlibrary.org
