- The New England Festival of Ibero American Film Cinema (NEFIAC) is an organization dedicated to the presentation of film and video in the region of New England as a powerful form of artistic expression and a unique force for cultural diversity and international understanding. The festival brings the world's imagination to the region with dozens of screenings of feature films, documentaries, shorts and animations from Latin America, Spain and Portugal. The Festival seeks to engage the diverse communities of the region by producing major film events and other artistic presentations with year-round programming.
