Want to help us create a fiber sculpture? Join us during this inclusive sculptural weaving project. Bring your friends, family and kids for a community involved workshop! No RSVP or specific time frame required. Show up during the scheduled workshops and weave for a few minutes or a few hours.
We will be using donated bicycle wheels and weaving them with various textiles which will then be installed on the outside of our building, along with wheels completed by our artists just in time for our three year anniversary celebration in May.
Come be a part of the Fiber Sculpture: A Community Constructed Project with support from the Connecticut Department of Economic and Community Development, CT Office of the Arts (COA), which also receives support from the National Endowment for the Arts, a federal agency.
