Event Description

The 53rd annual Schoolboy/Schoolgirl All Star Classic basketball game, which has been held at the Bridgeport JCC for the past 52 years, features two games. Twenty-four of the top senior girl’s basketball players in Connecticut play an East-West, all-star game at 1:30 PM. A game of twelve of Connecticut's top senior boy’s basketball players follows. The boy’s game will play against an always competitive team from New Jersey. Players selected for the games TBA.

Over the years, many of the players have gone on to play in college and in the NBA or the WNBA.  Past players include John Williamson, Wes Matthews, Marcus Camby, Jordan Williams, Joe DeSantis, B.J. Monteiro, Rita Williams, Maria Conlon, Jen Rizzotti, Heather Buck, Damika Martinez, Bria Holmes and many more.

Ticket $12 for adults, $10 for students and $8 for children age eight and under. Group rates are available.
