There are a few available preschool openings for New Haven children who are 3 or 4 years old, or will be turning 3 by March, 2014. Programs are in the Fair Haven, Downtown and Westville neighborhoods. All programs are open from 7:30am to 5:30pm with fees based on a sliding fee scale. As a result, they have been able to stabilize their housing costs, upgrade their communities and remain in the places they love.
