Garlic is one of the few vegetables that can be planted in our region in the fall for harvest next year. Farmer Brenda will educate us about garlic; types of garlic, organic practices, soil prep, clove separation and planting.  Participants will help “pop” the cloves and plant a bed that has already been prepped.
