Hello! I am a first-year graduate student at the Yale School of the Environment, and a fellow at the Yale Center for Environmental Justice.
YCEJ does education and research for environmental justice. The center hopes to build a stronger connection with the grassroots environmental organizing community in New Haven.
I hope to join this community board to post about events and opportunities at the center, but more importantly stay updated on community events that the center can suppor!

Video and Picture Sharing
You can post videos and pictures on GNH Community. Videos have become the medium of choice for communication for many nonprofits. You can post promotional videos about your organization, educational videos about your field and public service announcements on GNH Community. Every Tuesday we feature a video at the top of the GNH Community homepage and share it with our social media network. Check out the videos that have already been posted for ideas and inspiration. You can create a video, post it on You Tube or Vimeo and then share it through a link on the GNH Community videos page. If you give us a couple of weeks of notice we can try to time the featuring of your video with a particular event or an awareness campaign. The best way to use the pictures function is to create an album. An album can be used to tell a story, to document impact or to show progress. We will gladly feature an album if you give us notice of its creation.
