The Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce, alongside Marcum LLP, is hosting its Annual Regional Real Estate & Construction Forecast on Tuesday, May 24th, from 4pm to 7pm at the Woodwinds, located at 29 Schoolground Rd, Branford, CT 06405. The Regional Real Estate & Construction Forecast, presented by Regional Water Authority, will highlight the top real estate trends and projects within the Greater New Haven region.
David Lehman, CT Department of Economic and Community Development Commissioner, is a featured speaker, and will provide an outlook for economic growth in the region. A panel of developers, moderated by John McCarthy, CPA, Partner at Marcum LLP, will also share updates on projects already underway. The panel includes Bruce Johnson, CRE, MBA, CEM, Founding Partner at Capstan Tax Strategies, Darren Seid, President at Epimoni, and additional speakers. Municipalities within the region will also present information on upcoming projects coming into their cities or towns.
Event attendees will have the opportunity to connect with the region’s economic development community during a cocktail and networking reception.
