The Greater New Haven Chamber of Commerce will host the Regional Economic Outlook Breakfast for 2023, presented by M&T Bank, on Thursday, December 15th from 7:30am to 9:30am. The event takes place at the New Haven Lawn Club located at 193 Whitney Avenue, New Haven CT 06511.
Luke Tilley, Executive Vice President, Chief Economist and Head of Economics, Asset Allocation & Quantitative Services for Wilmington Trust Investment Advisors (WTIA), a part of the M&T Bank family, will provide a regional economic outlook for 2023. Luke is also a member of WTIA’s Investment Committee. Prior to joining Wilmington Trust in 2015, Luke was an officer and economic advisor with the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia. Earlier in his career, Luke worked as a senior economist at IHS Global Insight (now IHS Markit) and as an economist for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development.
Jorge Roberts, CEO of Avports, will also be providing an update on Tweed New Haven Airport and its future plans. Avports has provided airport management at Tweed New Haven since 1998.
Diverse-owned businesses will also be honored with the Regional Community Impact Awards for the impact and success they are having in the community and beyond.
