Inside the Pardee-Morris House: Conservation Planning for a Historic Landmark
Please join The New Haven Preservation Trust, New Haven Museum, and Preservation Architect Sara Nelson, AIA of Nelson Edwards Company Architects, LLC for a behind-the-scenes look at the preservation of this historic 18th-century house. This talk focuses on recent preservation efforts, including an exhaustive condition assessment study and a prioritized list of restoration needs. Come join us for a look at building areas not commonly seen and an informative and considered look at the steps involved in building restoration.
