Global Environmental Justice Conference: Reimagining Our Collective Future: Advancing Climate Justice in Food Security and Energy Transition in an Age of Uncertainty

The Yale Center for Environmental Justice and the United States Agency for International Development (USAID) are partnering this year to present the fourth annual Global Environmental Justice Conference at the Yale School of the Environment. How can leaders transition economies equitably and sustainably to meet ambitious climate goals? This year’s conference will investigate the intersection of equitable climate action and sustainable development for inclusive international development.

LISC partner GRID Alternatives has been awarded a $249,800,000 Solar for All grant from the EPA to advance renewable and clean energy sources for affordable housing communities across the country. “The grant is an incredible boon to the movement to decarbonize homes and lower energy costs that burden millions of everyday Americans,” said Michael T. Pugh, president and CEO of LISC.
