Event Description

Enjoy gentle yoga flow outdoors in a supportive community as you relax your body and mind, strengthen muscles and joints and increase vitality! Social distancing in place. Bring your own yoga mat or chair and a water bottle. Weather permitting. All levels and abilities welcome! 

With RYT 200 yoga instructor and future Rocky Corner resident, Anastasia Pryanikova.
