Event Description

Join us for telescope viewing of both of these wondrous spheres and more. Bobcat Carruthers, astronomer and telescope maker, will teach us about the night sky.

For the first time in 20 years a full moon falls on Halloween. And it is a blue moon, too. Mars is close to the Earth now so it appears large in our eastern night sky.

Wear warm clothes and bring a flashlight.
Bring your own dinner if you'd like.
Halloween costumes are welcome but at least wear a mask!

Meet in the outdoor living room at Rocky Corner, behind the construction trailer on the entry road.

Please RSVP to event@rockycorner.org so we know who's coming.
