Event Description

You be the judge! The Yale Science Diplomats is hosting a unique event that flips the traditional science fair format on its head! Middle school student judges will evaluate the “science fair” projects of Yale graduate students and postdocs.

About 40 scientists will present their current research on neuroscience, cell biology, ecology, immunology, and more! We need YOU to be the judge! Students in 7th and 8th grade are welcome to learn about cutting edge research from real Yale scientists in a unique, interactive, small group setting. Prizes will be offered.

Never judged a science fair? Yea, we know. That’s why we will show you how! Open to 7th & 8th grade students. Some spaces reserved exclusively for Pathways students, but tell your friends to sign up too! Registration required at onhsa.yale.edu/flipped2018
