COPING WITH DEMENTIA: STRATEGIES FOR FAMILIES – March 14, 2013, 6 - 7:30p.m., at Arden Courts
Arden Courts, a Memory Care Community exclusively designed for those dealing with memory impairment, will be hosting “Coping With Dementia: Strategies for Families,” on Thursday, March 14, 6 to 7:30p.m., at Arden Courts, 153 Leeder Hill Drive.
The program will be presented by Dianne Davis, RN, MSN, Geriatric Case Manager, Adler Geriatric Assessment Center of New Haven. Dianne Davis will discuss: Dementia as a four stage illness, understanding the characteristics with each stage of dementia, care challenges and coping strategies.
