Chapel Haven, an award winning school and transition program for adults 18+ with a variety of disabilities, will hold an open house on Saturday, Dec. 6, 2014, from 10 a.m. to noon. The morning will include a light breakfast, campus tours and a parent/student panel. To register for the New Haven Open House, click here.
Chapel Haven was founded in 1972 and provides a lifelong program of individualized support services for adults with cognitive and social disabilities, enabling them to live independent and productive lives. “Chapel Haven is living proof that adults with disabilities truly can achieve an independent and productive life,” said Chapel Haven President Michael Storz.
Chapel Haven has grown to serve more than 250 adults (18 years of age and older) in the residence and the community with three distinct programs; REACH, Asperger’s Syndrome Adult Transition (ASAT), and Chapel Haven West (Tucson, AZ).
