Message to Rowing Clubs! - help introduce newcomers to the sport of rowing. We're planning the Indoor Rowing Relay as an informal, fun, camaraderie-filled event, primarily focused on the thrill of competition with new teammates! Please support this effort by forming mixed teams comprised of both experienced and non-rowers.

Two-time Olympian and Connecticut native Charlie Cole will appear at CDBi's Indoor Rowing Relay with his Olympic Bronze Medal. Stop by with your kids who can try the medal around their necks to see what it feels like to be an Olympic medal winner!

A transformative high-touch, “housing first” approach to supporting people who struggle with chronic homelessness and mental and physical health challenges is getting a kick-start from a collaboration between LISC and Sentara Healthcare in Hampton Roads, VA. One year since the launch of the partnership, its programs are driving health and wellness in the region through investments ranging from small business support to innovative health and housing initiatives—proof of the power of teaming up with local anchor instititutions to create real change.
